We have enjoyed our stay at Burney Cottage very much. It was very comfortable and quiet. Unlike a motel, the bed was as comfortable or more than our bed at home. It was very quiet with no noise to keep us awake at night and we appreciated that very much. It was a light and cheerful place to stay. We will be back soon. Thank you for everything.

Our first visit to Burney Creek Cottage - don't think it will be our last! The house was decorated for Christmas and immediately felt like a home. Such a friendly town. Hope all of you who come after us enjoy it as much as we did.

This cottage was my sanctuary away from home for over a year while I traveled back and forth every other week from San Diego to work in Burney.  Cindy was a great hostess and landlord. She even brought over homemade chocolates and other surprises.  The Burney area is beautiful with several gorgeous falls nearby, and the volcanic beauty of Lassen and Mount Shasta.  I will miss my cozy cottage.

Four months of solace! I could not have imagined having to stay in a motel these last four months (working) on the wind farm. Your home and hospitality were a Godsend. Thank you for a wonderful stay…it’s a perfect home away from home after a great day of fly fishing at Baum Lake. I caught over 20 rainbow and brown trout with the largest at 19 inches. I will certainly recommend the cottage to my many angling friends.
