Nightly Rates - There is a 2-night minimum stay at $100 per night (up to 4 people maximum). For certain holidays (Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years), there is a 3-night minimum stay at $100 per night). A price break will be given for 5 or more consecutive nights. All reservations require a $250 refundable security deposit that will be returned within 7 days of checkout assuming the property is left clean and without damage or theft. Pets may be allowed if prior arrangements have been made with Burney Creek Cottage management. The refundable pet deposit in most cases is an additional $50 for each pet. Full payment for the rental is required a minimum of 30 days before your arrival. Additional fees (if any) will be collected upon check-in.
Although reservations are recommended and preferred, the home may be available on short notice. Please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate you.
Cancellation Fees Are As Follows: If received within 30 days or more prior to reserved date - full refund less $50 processing fee; within 15-29 days - refund of 50% of total deposit; within 0-14 days, refund of $250 security deposit only.
Please be aware that we have a strict "no-smoking inside the home" policy.
